Agile Development

Whether you are deeply entrenched in software development or an entrepreneur with a bold vision, we are here to help!

Using cutting-edge technologies and an agile approach in all that we do, we are able to deliver solutions very quickly and accurately. We are sensitive to budgets and time-lines, and generally prefer to think that we work with our clients, rather than for our clients. Our business relationships vary: from signing non-competes with existing software companies who wish to extend their offerings, to providing programming services to large corporations seeking out our specialized skill sets.

Here at crazedCoders we are in the business of delivering high quality, rich internet applications - in your browser, on your desktop, and on your iPhone.

If you are building a new product or putting a face-lift on an existing product - we can help.

We are able to quickly accommodate changes in scope, time-line and external factors, scaling our efforts on demand to deliver exactly what our clients need, and when they need it.

We believe firmly in the philosophies of the Agile programming approach, also known as Agile Development. What this means is that the software is developed in cycles known as iterations. It is recommended that iterations do not exceed a certain time span. For this project, an “iteration” would be defined as 30 business days. At the end of each iteration, crazedCoders would deliver a fully functional version of the application with all completed features included. This would also include the complete source code and technical documentation, and usually an in-depth product and project progress review with the client.

The main advantage to this agile approach is that it minimizes risk for both the client and the vendor. The client sees the progress first hand, and if either party decides to discontinue the project; neither is left empty-handed. It also ensures that crazedCoders is on the right track, and if there are discrepancies, or certain requirements are not being met, they can be caught by the client early on and corrected at minimal cost and headache.
